A professional acting through song workshop

These sessions are time for you to use as you see fit - if you want to bring a new song and workshop it a bit, we can absolutely do that. But the aim is to get you performing material under pressure, in whatever manner you would find beneficial.

Designed to replace workshops with industry professionals

These are HUGELY valuable and we don't want to rain on their parade. We're here to make sure you feel confident when you do them!

An environment with consequences

While we create the mock audition environment, if you forget the words, crack on a high note, or don't deliver your best - it doesn't matter. We're just graduates. Reset and go again.

Bring material for upcoming auditions, new songs to your rep, or anything you want to check you can do with the pressure of people watching!

How long is each session?

Currently, each session is two hours long. 

How many participants will there be?

Each session will have up to nine participants (including yourself).

What material should I bring?

Anything you want to practice under pressure! People have previously brought new monologues that they want to test in front of a crowd; songs and scenes for recalls; and songs required for their dream role auditions.

Am I allowed to join if I haven't been to drama school yet?

The Mock Audition Club is open to any professionally auditioning performers - to ensure we hold ourselves to standards required of us in those auditions, this unfortunately means our sessions are not open to people not yet at this stage. If you are a graduate, professionally represented, or have a Spotlight profile you are welcome to join us!

FAQs

What is your refund policy?

We ask for 24 hours cancellation notice - if you cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged the full amount (£13) for the session. This may be waived in the event that we can fill your space from the waitlist.

I've just had an audition through and want to attend, but the session is full - what do I do?!

Pop us a message on Instagram @themockauditionclub - we'll see what we can do.
